Valid passport (with at least six months validity from the date of entry into Sri Lanka).

Flight Ticket/Airline Name & Flight Number.

Valid Mastercard (recommended)/VISA/Amex debit or credit card.

After applying for the ETA visa online, you first get the acknowledgment email with the ETA reference number, and then you receive the ETA approval notice via email.

Fill out the arrival card
The arrival cards that are necessary to enter Sri Lanka can now be filled online. The air passengers have been facilitated to fill this card online three days prior to their travel.

Please make sure to have the following ready while traveling to Sri Lanka,

A printed copy of your ETA approval notice issued by the Sri Lanka Department of Immigration and Emigration. On-arrival visa is also available.

Your passport with at least six months validity from the date of entry into Sri Lanka.

A return ticket or proof of onward travel from Sri Lanka.

Sufficient funds to meet the expenses in Sri Lanka.
